I'VE GOT NO ORDER CONFIRMATION / MY ORDER TRANSACTION IS NOT COMPLETED

Usually, you will receive an immediate order confirmation at the e-mail address, you've specified.
If you have not received an order confirmation, so the order process was not completed or the order has not been transferred to our system.
Please check the spelling of your e-mail address. Alternatively please make sure that you have enabled in your browser Java Script, or disable your script blocker for our site http://artmoda.de

Otherwise, the order transaction can not be completed in a proper way. You'll not get an order confirmation in this case, because your order can not be recorded in our system.

I HAVE A VOUCHER. HOW TO REDEEM IT'S CODE?

You can redeem the voucher by stating the voucher code in the respective field, provided before completing the ordering process.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS

Deliveries within Germany

We do not charge any shiping costs for deliveries within Germany.

Deliveries abroad
Our shipment costs for deliveries outside Germany depend on the shiping weight as follows:
EU-wide shipment for goods with a weight up to 0.5 kg (excluding shoes) = 4.20
EU-wide shipment for goods with a weight more than 0.5 kg and for shoes = 9.95
Shipment to Switzerland: firm package price = 14,95

We ship for FREE abroad, if your order value exceeds 150,00 .

We charge only once shiping costs, if you have ordered several items.

We ship with Deutsche Post, or DHL so you can get your shipment quickly and safely free at home.

RETURN OF GOODS

For details, please note our cancellation policy.

Please make sure, the return products are in the same condition in which you received them.
We accept back only unworn goods in perfect original packaging. The identification tags, or the original labels have to be attached to the product.

Steps for returning:
Please send an email to Kundenbetreuung(at)artmoda.de quoting article number, quantity and return reason (for example, items too large, too small, etc.).
You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Please stamp the parcel sufficiently.
Please prepare the goods in their original condition, including all labels, identification tags and the original packaging for return shipment. Please pack the products in our shipping box, or in an equally safe and resistant packaging. The package can be presented at the next Post office.

REIMBURSEMENT FOR RETURN

We will refund the value amount of the returned items after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Refunds are made for properly returned items only. We will pay your money back using the payment option, you've chosen when ordering.

EXCHANGE

On request, we offer an exchange for already purchased goods. We accept back unworn goods only, in their original packaging. The identification tags, or the original labels have to be attached to the product.
